|1. Add pepper, corn flour, and salt to a ziplock or food bag and shake. Add the chicken pieces, give it a good shake to cover the chicken in the flour mixture.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken until it is brown on both sides, should only take about 2 minutes. Add chicken to the slow cooker.
3. Add hoisin sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, crushed chili flakes, ginger grated, crushed garlic cloves, to a bowl and stir all together.
