  • 1/2 cup uncooked Arborio rice:

  • 1  teaspoon Italian seasoning:
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil:
  • 2 green bell peppers, halved and seeded:
  • 1 teaspoon salt:

Vegetarian Style Stuffed Bell Peppers Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  3. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  4. Stir in the rice. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, and set aside.
  6. Place the peppers cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Roast 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until tender and skin starts to brown.
  8. While the peppers are roasting, heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  9. Cook the onions, basil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  10. Stir in the tomato, and cook for 5 minutes.
  11. Spoon in the cooked rice, and stir until heated through.
  12. Remove from heat, mix in the feta cheese, and spoon the mixture into the pepper halves.
    Return to the oven for 5 minutes.
  13. Serve immediately.

  • 1 large onion, chopped:
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped:
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning:
  • 1 cup chopped celery:
  • 1 cup chicken broth:
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme:
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper:
  • 1 pound frozen cooked shrimp without tails:

Directions for Slow Cooker Jambalaya:

  1. In a slow cooker, mix the chicken, sausage, tomatoes with juice, onion, green bell pepper, celery, and broth. Season with oregano, parsley, Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, and thyme.
  2. Cover, and cook 7 to 8 hours on Low, or 3 to 4 hours on High. Stir in the shrimp during the last 30 minutes of cook time.

  • 8 ounces dry fettuccine pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 sweet onion, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp – peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, diced

Fresh Tomato Shrimp Pasta Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the pasta, and cook for 8 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. In the container of a food processor, combine the garlic, onion and oregano.
  5. Pulse until finely chopped.
  6. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  7. Add the onion mixture; cook and stir until fragrant and almost golden.
  8. Mix in the tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper.
  9. Simmer for about 5 minutes while the pasta is cooking, stirring occasionally.
  10. Mix in spinach until it wilts, then just before the pasta is done, stir in the shrimp.
  11. Cook until heated through. Toss with pasta in a large serving bowl, and mix in mozzarella cheese.

Baking Directions for Angel Chicken Pasta:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  3. Stir in the package of dressing mix.
  4. Blend in wine and golden mushroom soup.
  5. Mix in cream cheese, and stir until smooth.
  6. Heat through, but do not boil.
  7. Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  8. Pour sauce over.
  9. Bake for 60 minutes in the preheated oven.
  10. Twenty minutes before the chicken is done, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil.
  11. Cook pasta until Al dente, about 5 minutes.
  12. Drain.
  13. Serve chicken and sauce over pasta.
  14. Enjoy!

  • 1/4 cup ketchup:

Directions For Cheesy Meatloaf:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Stir the crushed crackers, ground beef, Cheddar cheese, and onion soup mix in a large bowl until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl whisk the eggs, ketchup, and steak sauce until it is smooth.
4. Mix the eggs into the meat until evenly combined, if the mixture seems too dry, add a tad bit of water.
5. Press the mixture into a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
6. Bake in preheated oven until the meatloaf reaches 160 degrees F (71 degrees C) and is no longer pink in the center, 45 to 60 minutes.

  • 1 cup diced celery:
  • salt and pepper to taste:
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs:

Crab Casserole Directions:

  1. To begin with Preset the oven to 350 degrees F or if you have Celsius then (175 degrees C).
  2. Next In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al’ dente.
  3. Then Drain, and transfer to a large bowl.
  4. In the meantime Add mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and onion to the noodles; mix well.
  5. Stir in green pepper, crab, shrimp and celery. 
  6. Add Salt and pepper to taste (optional).
  7. Spoon mixture into an 8×8 inch casserole dish.
  8. Sprinkle bread crumbs to taste over the casserole.
  9. Without delay bake for 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until nice brown and bubbly.
  10. In the final analysis please enjoy the delicious crab casserole dish with your family and friends.
